Every part processed by Peconic Plastics is Q.A. checked for the following during
every production run:

1. Dimensions are verified to Q.A. accepted prints at the start of production and
    dimensional checks performed and recorded at the beginning of each shift for
    the duration of the production run.

2. Visual Inspection is performed a minimum of every 4 hrs. for the duration of the
    production run using our Visual Quality Check List and Range Boards.

3. Other tests and inspections are performed to customer specifications if required.

4. ISO 9001:2000 certification is currently being implemented.
